The Prepare~Enrich Assessment primes you to have meaningful conversations as you continue to grow as a couple. Debriefing your Prepare~Enrich assessment will provide you with skill-building exercises to help you strengthen your relationship by developing skills such as assertive communication and active listening.

The Prepare~Enrich Assessment will assist you to identify the events in your life that are causing you "stress" (an emotional and/or physical reaction). Remember, stressors can be positive (wedding, job promotion) or negative (loss of job, car accident, major illness). What is most important is that you are able to manage the many stressors in your life. Your your Prepare~Enrich assessment debriefing will provide you with stress-coping strategies.
